Refund policy
Under legal terms, the customer has the right to terminate the contract within a maximum period of 10 days after communicating their decision. The item(s) must be returned within this same period.
However, the right of free termination does not apply to:
- Personalized products (with engravings, specific measurements, or photos);
- Products with signs of use or alterations (except for simple testing);
- Gift cards;
- Goodie Bags
If the returned item shows signs of use or has been altered, StormLuxied reserves the right not to accept the return. In such cases, the item will be returned to the customer without the right to a refund.
⚠️ Important notes:
- We recommend using shipping services with a tracking number, as StormLuxied is not responsible for losses that occur during shipping or customs procedures;
- After receiving the returned order and checking the condition of the item(s), the refund will be processed within 1 to 7 business days, using the same payment method used for the initial purchase.
Return Procedure
Before making any return, the customer must contact us in advance via email stormluxied@gmail.com, to ensure correct monitoring of the process.
For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:
- Items must be sent in their original packaging and in perfect condition;
- The return must be registered at our facilities within a maximum period of 10 days after communication of the resolution.
Exchanges
- If the exchange is due to a shipping error on StormLuxied's part, all return and reshipment costs are covered by us. In these cases, the customer must contact us by email with the subject: “MISTAKE + #OrderNumber”.
- In situations where the customer wishes to exchange a correctly sent item, he/she will be responsible for all associated shipping costs (return and new shipment).
